Redis Slaves are getting disconnected from the redis cluster, how to fix this issue?

I've 6 redis instances and I'm trying to setup redis cluster, when i'm running the redis-cli --cluster create command its show everything is done successfully but in status its show two slaves disconnected. Please help me out.

In logs it is showing replication id mismatch .

The replication id mismatch just means that a partial sync failed, but it should still be doing a full sync. Can you provide more of the logs and the "cluster nodes" output?
