Redis How to add redis node from one kubernetes cluster to another

I have two clusters running in two different VPC.

Cluster A (source cluster ) initialized and running as a cluster. Cluster B (Target cluster) not initialized.

Wanted to add Cluster B node to Cluster A redis cluster.

Please suggest the best way to do cluster extension between two k8s clusters.

Please add more information to your question, more specifically the details of the Redis setup and what you've tried/errors you got.

Note that this project is focused on Redis' development, and therefore questions about k8s are less relevant here.
