Hi,
I have a situation where I have sentinel running on 3 nodes out of which one is master and other 2 are slaves and quorum is set to 2.
Recently, due to some issues 2 nodes( 1 master + 1 slave ) went offline out of 3 and sentinel stopped taking further request.
How to come across from this issue ? Shall I change the quorom to 1 so the remaining 1 node can handle the request or shall I make a sentinel of 4 nodes?
Please suggest.

quorom 更改为 1 ，也不会让剩余的一个从节点继续处理请求，除非手动将剩余的一个从节点提升为主节点，并且将哨兵监管的Master节点的配置换成新主，才能继续提供服务。

I cannot recommend on something that never tested or designed to work with a single sentinel. Not sure I understand what you mean by saying "shall I make a sentinel of 4 nodes?"
Why not raise alternative two sentinel instances, either on different nodes, or even running them on the very same node - just to workaround the issue with sentinel?

在剩余的那个从节点上，执行slaveof no one ，前提确保哨兵是停止的状态，否则不会成功，新主提升成功后，将哨兵监管的Master配置修改后，再启动哨兵
