SpringBoot Deployment tests' intTest task should run whenever the war file changes

I'm not sure why it's started failing now. If it was a change in Micrometer, I would have expected it to fail when we upgraded. It could be that the Docker image has changed. We're using jboss/wildfly:20.0.1.Final which isn't guaranteed to be stable.

I don't understand why we've only started seeing the failure today, but I believe this is due to the changes made in Micrometer for https://github.com/micrometer-metrics/micrometer/pull/2306. com.sun.management.GcInfo now appears in a method signature which causes a failure when the class is being introspected. Something similar has been seen and fixed in the past: https://github.com/micrometer-metrics/micrometer/pull/401. I think we need another similar change in Micrometer. To that end I have opened https://github.com/micrometer-metrics/micrometer/issues/2331. We also need to understand why we didn't catch the problem sooner.

The build is configured incorrectly. When we upgraded to Micrometer 1.6.0, the deployment integration tests did not run as there was a cache hit: https://ge.spring.io/s/3u5rcskr6zr7q/timeline?anchor=cg5edneel26cs&taskFilter=spring-boot-deployment-tests. The war that the integration tests deploy was built. This should have been sufficient to trigger the intTest task but it's only configured with an explicit dependency on the war task. This just determines task ordering rather than influencing up-to-date checks and caching. The file produced by the war task should be an input of the intTest task. This will set up the necessary dependency relationship while also ensuring that the task runs when the war changes.
