Redis Define a new command or extend CLUSTER SHARDS such that shard's identifiers (shard_id) and their slots, etc are returned in one shot

    From Yossi's comment, we should drop the shard ID from here.

I'm thinking that this should probably just be CLUSTER ADMINSHARDS, which returns everything from SHARDS but adds more admin metadata. The information that comes to mind: 1. Ongoing migrations. 2. SHARD ID.
