@jalpab maybe you want to add some more data to your question? Usually when the miss/hit ratio is very high it means your redis is not setup to handle your workload. although the numbers are very small (21160/1636) in the info you provided it is possible that most of the data is simply not placed to redis or that your redis is too small to hold the amount of data you need in order to maintain better hit ratio. Again without some numbers identifying your workload and redis config (maxmemory etc...) I am not sure how to provide a good advise
