Redis Migrate data from sharded sentinel cluster to cluster mode cluster

is there a tool/process around to migrate data from existing sentinel mode cluster to cluster mode cluster without application down time?

@itamarhaber is there a place in redis.io that lists these tools? i'm not sure under which topic, but i suppose they should be listed somewhere.

There is a "Higher level libraries and tools" section in the bottom of the Clients page. (There's not even a link target so you have to scroll down.)

Tools are specified in tools.json in the doc repo. In the new website, I hope Tools can be a separate page.
