Redis ERR unknown command "redis-cli",with args bigining with: --cluster ,create

Hi team , We are getting issue while creating a cluster ,Redis has been installed on six nodes
redis-cli --cluster create 10.230.75.120:6379 10.230.75.87:6379 10.230.75.91:6379 10.230.75.101:6379 10.230.75.89:6379 10.230.75.74:6379 --cluster-replicas 1 While running this command getting below errors Getting error 1 :"ERR unknown command "redis-cli",with args bigining with: --cluster ,create

error 2 :Could not connect to redis ,connection timed out

These kind of errors getting

redis-cli is a program, not a Redis command. Run redis-cli in a terminal.
