Redis Should new features like this be provided?

Do we need to provide the functions of scan+del key, delete by prefix and scan+add expire time, and add expiration time by prefix.

i think these should be called by external applications, otherwise Redis need to add everything

i agree, for something that specific you can write a Lua script. but note that this pattern (SCAN + DEL) can be dangerous: if you stop your scan in the middle, and start a new one, the beginning of your dict would be empty, and the second scan can return empty handed many times, leading to latency spikes, so care must be taken (using low COUNT), and / or avoiding too many loops in the script.
