Redis FLUSHALL without SAVE config creates rdb file

In the release notes for redis 2.4.1 there is an entry that states: "FLUSHALL now only performs a sync SAVE if there is at least one save point configured." I think there's a regression. In 2.4.14, without a SAVE configured, a "FLUSHALL" causes a dump.rdb file to be created. "FLUSHDB" does not cause the file to be created.

this issue is old and i guess now it work pretty well? i am closing it, feel free to open a new issue against the new version.
