Redis Add Aggregate (MIN/MAX) support to ZINCRBY

Currently ZINCRBY uses SUM to change sorted set member score. It would usefull if aggregators from ZUNIONSTORE could be used. Obvious syntax would be:

ZINCRBY key increment member [WEIGHTS weightExisting weightIncrement] [AGGREGATE SUM|MIN|MAX]
