Redis restart redis: no cluster configuration found

Hello! When i restart redis cluster, one redis-server log: no cluster configuration found, i'm XXX. The nodeid XXX is new,but i don't delete nodes.conf file. The runtime in k8s docker container, nodes.conf files in the container are mounted locally.Who can help me?

same problem when upgrade redis version from 5.0.5 to 6.0.16 with 3 leaders and 3 followers

I just update 3 followers to 6.0.16, the cluster nodes show noaddr nodes, and cluster become unavialiable

fix: set dir path in redis.conf, if not set will cause the problem @zihea
