Redis [NEW] Support for Ubuntu 24.04

With the new release of 24.04 it would be great if we could get apt package support Currently: E: Failed to fetch https://packages.redis.io/deb/dists/noble/InRelease 403 Forbidden [IP: 108.158.20.6 443] E: The repository 'https://packages.redis.io/deb noble InRelease' is not signed. N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default. N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

Alternatives you've considered

Installing via snap works, but is not as desirable in my use case.
