Spring Security Dynamic OAuth Scopes?

Summary

Ensure we can support a flow with dynamic OAuth scopes. For example, perhaps an application lets the user choose which scopes to request before requesting an access token. We want to ensure this flow will work seamlessly with the APIs we provide.
