Spring Security OAuth2UserService supports XML content type

The current implementations of OAuth2UserService are DefaultOAuth2UserService and OidcUserService. These implementations only support the JSON content type when fetching the UserInfo resource.

We should consider providing a new implementation that supports the XML content type.
