Spring Security Allow disabling the default logout page without disabling logout

Background When form login and logout are enabled, the LogoutPageGeneratingWebFilter will create a default logout page at "/logout". If logout is disabled, then the default logout page is not created.

We should add the ability to disable the default logout page without disabling logout.
