Spring Security Redirect Spring Azure Authentication to another provider when Azure AD is Down

Hi, We are currently authenticating our web application using spring azure, We need to provide an alternative provider when Azure AD is down, Can you please help to clarify the below 1.How to test by bringing down Azure AD 2.How to redirect the exception (When azure AD is down) to the calling application (My current web application) and redirect to another provider say LDAP Provider to continue with the authorization. 3.Application is working successfully with Azure AD and LDAP independently (Not together) 4. Overall Our first priority will be Azure authentication and if this is down the application should allow the user to redirect to LDAP authentication. 5.Can you please share some code snippet to support this.
