Spring Security Remove ServerWebExchangeReactorContextWebFilter when SPR-17213 Resolved

Summary

Remove ServerWebExchangeReactorContextWebFilter when SPR-17213 is resolved.

We would also need to update the config to add the framework based WebFilter and update the OAuth support to leverage the attribute name used by Spring Framework for setting the exchange.
