Spring Security Document OpenID Connect Discovery for client (Servlet)

OpenID Connect Discovery for client was introduced in 5.1 and was documented for spring-webflux, however, there is no documentation for the Servlet support.

We need to document the support on the Servlet side. It should be very similar to what is documented on the spring-webflux side.
