Spring Security Add LdapUserSearch.searchForUser(DirContext context, String username) throws UsernameNotFoundException

We should add a default method to LdapUserSearch that supports searching for a user with the DirContext passed into it. This would allow us to provide a custom search strategy for ActiveDirectoryLdapAuthenticationProvider.
