Spring Security Add ability to set the principal claim name in ReactiveJwtAuthenticationConverter

Expected Behavior

ReactiveJwtAuthenticationConverter should provide a setter for the principalClaimName, similarly to the non-reactive version JwtAuthenticationConverter.

Current Behavior

The non-reactive version of JwtAuthenticationConverter allows setting of the principalClaimName. However, the reactive version does not provide the same setter.

Context

Currently, we have to provide a custom Converter which calls the JwtAuthenticationToken constructor with the value from our JWTs principal claim, which is not ideal as the non-reactive version supports this feature.
