Spring Security Persisting Authentication Documentation for Reactive Applications

Expected Behavior

Add persisting authentication documentation for reactive applications, similar to Persisting Authentication for Servlet Applications (https://docs.spring.io/spring-security/reference/servlet/authentication/persistence.html)

Current Behavior

There is no documentation.

Context

I am converting from spring-cloud-starter-netflix-zuul to spring-cloud-gateway and am struggling to replicate persisting authentication inside WebSessions like what was previously done with HttpSession. If I am misunderstanding something about reactive applications please let me know. The lack of documentation may be intentional. I am putting this issue under spring-security since it doesn't necessarily pertain to spring-cloud-gateway specifically.

Hi, @mrlonis. Thanks for the report.

I do not clearly understand what you expect from such a section in the documentation and how that is related to Spring Cloud Gateway. Can you elaborate more on what the current section on the Servlet side explains that you'd like to see on the Reactive side?
