There is not a Spring Cloud release that is compatible with Boot 2.4.0 yet.

The latest Spring Cloud release is Hoxton.SR9 which is compatible with the latest Boot 2.3.x release.

We only have milestone releases that are compatible with Boot 2.4.0, you would have to use 2020.0.0-M5
