Spring Cloud Netflix Consider updating JQuery dependency on spring-cloud-netflix-eureka-server

Hi there,

we are routinely scanning our dependencies for open vulnerabilities using OWASP dependency check.

On the artifact spring-cloud-netflix-eureka-server, this check reported the vulnerabilities for some time now: - CVE-2015-9251 - CVE-2019-11358

I see the dependency is declared in the POM and then processed by WRO. If possible, please consider updating the JQuery dependency.
