We'll reopen if you can provide more information. Hystrix timeouts are generally not bugs. You've not provided anything asked for, versions, steps to reproduce or a project that reproduces the problem.

This is still an issue, any pointers to which config in hystrix needs to be changed/tweaked to avoid such timeouts ?
