SpringBoot Maven spring-boot:build-image ignores ZIP layout

spring-boot-maven-plugin ignores ZIP layout when building docker images , and always creates an image with JarLauncher While the same project when creating fatjar creates it with

Removing the ability to add external classpath with library.path when application running in a container
