SpringBoot Improve documentation of TestRestTemplate's fault tolerance

Issue #25879 - Enhance documentation of TestRestTemplate's fault tolerance

As discussed in the issue above: 1. Removed "@throws RestClientException" from the methods documentation. 2. Recomended the use of "exchange" in the documentation of "put" and "delete" in cases where there is the need to assert the result.
