can you also create an issue on the pandas side so we know what we need to update once dask is at a certain version (you can just point to this line here)

Note: This will be on hold for quite a while (first merging my PR, then waiting until dask has silenced the warning on their side, then bumping our dask dependency)

Hello @SaturnFromTitan, is there any news on this issue? I tried the link you shared to read more about it, but it's no longer valid. Is it this Scale guide link? https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/user_guide/scale.html If so, I couldn't find the warning. But I might overlook it.
