SpringBoot Adding the Spring Data JPA starter breaks the actuator / metrics endpoint.

Steps to reproduce:

Required application.properties

management.endpoints.web.exposure.include = *

Goto start.spring.io and generate a project with Web and Actuator (or use this)

Unzip, start and curl the metrics endpoint:

curl -v  localhost:8080/actuator/metrics | jq
