SpringBoot Revert 33a5c31 once https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-security/issues/9767 has been fixed

Once https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-security/issues/9767 has been fixed and we've moved to 5.5.1 snapshots we should be able to revert https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/commit/33a5c31fe3cee6db58ebffa7f60bc0d82cfb11c6.

The issue has been fixed but Spring Security 5.5.1 is due on June 21.
