Strange question. Try to use java17 in linux (debian 4.19.0) and start springboot 2.5.6. There is no problem at jdk-17.0.1. But the runtime packaged with jdk's jlink reported an error. Packaged runtime module: java.se, it is known that this module and dependent modules basically cover all the runtimes of java (excluding module java.smartcardio). Exception information:
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'basicErrorController' defined in class path resource [org/springframework/boot/autoconfigure/web/servlet/error/ErrorMvcAutoConfiguration.class]: Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is org.springframework.aop.framework.AopConfigException: Unexpected AOP exception; nested exception is org.springframework.aop.framework.AopConfigException: Unable to instantiate proxy using Objenesis, and regular proxy instantiation via default constructor fails as well; nested exception is java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.web.servlet.error.BasicErrorController$$EnhancerBySpringCGLIB$$3e8f55c1.<init>()

@snicoll Thank you very much, I think it may be a compatibility issue with spring, but in the end I tried to use jlink to add java.se and jdk.unsupported modules, and finally started normally。
