A project generated with these dependencies doesn't start up correctly when launched from IntelliJ. https://start.spring.io/#!type=gradle-project&dependencies=actuator,data-rest,cloud-starter-sleuth,cloud-stream,data-rest-explorer

There are a number of beans that are being created earlier than they should:

This is due to a bug in Spring Cloud Stream where they have defined a BeanPostProcessor
that isn't static
.
I've opened https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-stream/issues/2282 for this.
The remainder of the problem is a duplicate of https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-sleuth/issues/2074 which has been fixing for the forthcoming 3.1.1 release of Spring Cloud Sleuth.
