SpringBoot "will enable" can be replaced with "enables"

I will work on this and submit PR later It seems this issue has been fixed. No more 'will enable' in documents.

I can't find any occurrences in the current documentation either. I think they were removed in previous editing changes like https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/commit/f7f5f9fb96c927671710482425635df9bdef79a7.
