SpringBoot Provide an option to run Bomr against only certain libraries

We sometimes want to upgrade a single library or check for possible upgrades for a handful of libraries. To speed this up, it would be useful if Bomr had an option to run only against certain libraries. This would avoid spending time checking for possible upgrades for libraries that aren't of interest.
