SpringBoot Rename httptrace endpoint and related classes to httpexchanges

Using httptrace as the endpoint ID is very confusing now that we have micometer tracing support. Renaming it would help a lot.

Although this is an enhancement it very much reduces confusion around the new distributed tracing support that we've added. As such, we think it's worth getting into RC2.
