The version 2.7.10 has been released today, but the artifact artifact org.springframework.boot.spring-boot-dependencies is not available on Maven Central.

mvnrepository.com isn't Maven Central. https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/ is Maven Central. Please see https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/springframework/boot/spring-boot-dependencies/2.7.10/, for example.
mvnrepository.com will catch up eventually but it is out of our control.
