SpringBoot Always run tests in org.springframework.boot.actuate.autoconfigure.endpoint.web.documentation

When using predictive test selection, the tests in org.springframework.boot.actuate.autoconfigure.endpoint.web.documentation must be selected. If they aren't, the documentation snippets will not be generated and the subsequent asciidoctor tasks will fail.
