SpringBoot Update description of spring-boot-starter-data-rest to clarify that it uses Spring MVC

See https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/35673 for some background. At the moment, the starter's description is:

Starter for exposing Spring Data repositories over REST using Spring Data REST

We should amend it to make it clear that it uses Spring MVC/the Servlet-based web stack.
