SpringBoot Include the application name on each log line when it is available

See #33280 for background. We think showing the application name is a useful feature that we should offer regardless of distributed tracing.

@adityalochan Thanks for the offer, but you might want to hold off on this one. We already have some work started on a branch and we're also likely to need some design sessions on it.
