SpringBoot Move configuration extension properties to dedicated Flyway sub-namespaces

Looking at #32629 we decided to move the property specific to a ConfigurationExtension in a dedicated namespace. Since we're doing this for Oracle and SQLServer, we need to harmonize this for those as well, and deprecate the previous proprties in the process.
