SpringBoot Auto-configure SimpleAsyncTaskScheduler when virtual threads are enabled

Spring Framework introduced a SimpleAsyncTaskScheduler in https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/issues/30956.

We should auto-configure it instead of ThreadPoolTaskScheduler when using virtual threads.
