This issue is now obsolete. Spring AMQP is now at 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT

@adamxkabbara No it isn't. This issue is for Spring Boot 3.1.x where we stay on the Spring AMQP 3.0.x line. We'll adopt Spring AMQP 3.1.x in Spring Boot 3.2.x.
